Moore

Scott is a political scientist whose research focuses on environmental politics and policy reform, especially related to climate change and water scarcity. He is currently a young professional with the World Bank's Water Global Practice, where he works primarily on transboundary water security and climate change in East and South Asia. Scott holds doctoral and master's degrees from Oxford University. He is a member of REACH's Junior Global Advisory Panel.
