Trained as a soil scientist, Nilufa has over 30 years of experience working on water security in South Asia, across science, policy and practice. She is currently the Vice President for the Bangladesh Water Partnership (BWP), and was previously Director General for the Water Resources Planning Organisation (WARPO). She is a member of the REACH Global Advisory Panel.
