Professor Abed has over 15 years’ experience in hydrology and water quality research. His main interest is the fate and transport of pollutants in a multi-cascade system, and the impact of climate change and interventions on the environment. Current work also includes flood mitigation, industrial pollution assessment and management of rivers, adaptation and building system resilience.
