Dr. Ahmed Ishtiaque Amin Chowdhury is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Water and Flood Management (IWFM) of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bangladesh. He has received his MESc and PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. His research interests include nano-particle and oxidant transport and reactivity, in-situ chemical oxidation and reduction of contaminants for groundwater and soil remediation, water quality and treatment technologies, groundwater transport and subsurface contamination, contaminant, reactive and non-reactive species transport.
