Gopal holds his bachelor in Civil Engineering and focused on GIS based implementation in the water and environmental sectors. He organizes work that introduces smart monitoring technologies to the provision of safe drinking water in the observatories. He is responsible for effective coordination and management of the field-installation system (water sensors and monitors including hand pump transmitters, piped water meters and river monitoring technologies) and maintenance of a continuous water monitoring using data loggers.
