Behailu is a hydrogeologist based at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University as assistant professor of Hydrogeology. He is a certified GIS expert from ESRI partner, GEOMARK institute. He has experience in groundwater modeling, surface water-groundwater dynamic modeling and environmental impact assessment. He is interested in applications of SW-GW dynamic models for water management decision making.
