Jobayer is a student of M.Sc. in Water Resources Development at IWFM, BUET. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and has interests in the research of water security emphasized on water quality, supply and associated public health issues under a changing climate. He is involved in research for the Coastal Water Security Observatory focused on Khulna, Bangladesh
