Ebney Ayaj Rana is a Lecturer in Development Studies at the University of Dhaka. He has a Bachelor and Master of Social Sciences in Development Studies majoring in Development Economics from the University of Dhaka. He is involved in research for the Water Security for an Urban River Observatory focused on Dhaka, Bangladesh.
