John is the Director of IRC’s Ethiopia Country Programme. He is a hydrologist by background and has expertise in WASH sector monitoring, alternative approaches to rural water supply (self supply, multiple use water services), transparency and accountability, multi-stakeholder approaches to learning and change, and water resources management.
