Tom has over 15 years’ experience working in Africa and Asia. He currently manages the WHO/UNICEF Joint Monitoring Programme for Water Supply and Sanitation and coordinates UNICEF’s inputs to the work on indicators for monitoring the Sustainable Development Goals.
