Elebat was the communications manager for REACH Ethiopia at the Water and Land Resource Center – Addis Ababa University. Her role in REACH was to serve as a focal person on any non-technical communication between the REACH, WLRC, and the University of OXFORD. With an MBA degree in international business from the University of Greenwich, she has vast experience in assessing institutional needs, setting strategic direction, and implementing initiatives that enhance institutional performance, Her expertise includes Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Problem Solving, Strategic Thinking, and Management/Employee Development.
